Este 19 de marzo, el TdeA certificó la primera cohorte en Núcleo de Apoyo Contable y Fiscal –NAF–, gracias a la alianza suscrita con la DIAN seccional Medellín.
El rector del TdeA, Leonardo García Botero, destacó como histórica esta primera microtitulación porque muestra la capacidad de la Institución para adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades de la sociedad, al tiempo que agradeció la confianza de la DIAN porque eligió al TdeA para formar a estudiantes y profesores en materia tributaria y aduanera o de negocios.
Son 40 horas de capacitación por lo que se entrega un microtítulo. Los contenidos teóricos abarcan diferentes temas tributarios como impuesto de rentas, impuesto al consumo, IVA, entre otros, además de conocer todo el sistema de quejas, reclamos y sugerencias de la DIAN.
El jefe de la División Servicio al Ciudadano de la DIAN Medellín, Yairton Rentería Correa, destacó que esta alianza con el TdeA nace de la necesidad de llegarle a la población que tiene menos recursos para tener una buena orientación y gestión de sus obligaciones tributarias, aduaneras y cambiarias.
“Elegimos al TdeA porque conocemos el perfil de sus profesionales, a quienes hemos acogido en la DIAN como practicantes y más adelante como compañeros de trabajo. Estamos seguros de que vamos a seguir trabajando con los NAF por mucho tiempo más”, dijo Yairton Rentería.
Jorge Díaz, estudiante de Contaduría Pública del TdeA y quien hizo parte de la cohorte NAF 2023, señaló que la experiencia fue muy enriquecedora y lo considera como una capacitación necesaria y que suma a los conocimientos adquiridos durante su pregrado. “Sentí que con este curso empezó mi práctica como contador, aquí conocimos la plataforma, aprendimos a hacer procedimientos como el RUT, a manejar la información del cliente”, explicó.
Los estudiantes que obtuvieron el microtítulo en NAF del TdeA y la DIAN atendieron 1.195 solicitudes, siendo la mayoría de ellas de personas naturales. También, se brindó información especializada a estudiantes universitarios de otras instituciones como la Universidad Huánuco de Perú y del SENA, sede Santa Fe de Antioquia.
Además de la entrega de los certificados, el TdeA anunció que la segunda cohorte de NAF 2024-01 inició con un total de 23 estudiantes.
TdeA and DIAN Alliance to Create an Accounting and Tax Support Center – NAF
On March 19, TdeA certified the first cohort in the Accounting and Tax Support Center (NAF), thanks to the alliance signed with the Medellín branch of DIAN (Colombia Tax Revenue Service).
The President of the TdeA, Leonardo García Botero, highlighted this first micro-degree as historic because it shows the ability of the Institution to adapt to the new needs of society, while thanking the DIAN for its trust because it chose TdeA to train students and professors in tax, customs or business matters.
It would be 40 hours of training that will deliver a micro-degree. The theoretical contents cover different tax topics such as income tax, consumption tax, VAT, among others, in addition to knowing the entire system of complaints, claims, and suggestions of the DIAN.
The head of the Citizen Service Division at DIAN Medellín, Yairton Rentería Correa, stressed that this alliance with the TdeA was born from the need to reach the population that has fewer resources to have a good orientation and management of their tax, customs, and exchange obligations.
"We chose TdeA because we know the profile of its professionals, whom we have welcomed DIAN as interns and later as co-workers. We are sure that we will continue to work with the NAFs for a long time to come," said Yairton Renteria.
Jorge Díaz, a student of Public Accounting at TdeA and who was part of the NAF 2023 cohort, said that the experience was very enriching, and he considers it a necessary training that adds to the knowledge acquired during his undergraduate degree. "I felt that with this course my practice as an accountant began, here we learned about the platform, we learned how to do procedures such as the RUT (tax ID), how to handle client information," he explained.
The students who obtained the NAF microdegree from TdeA and DIAN attended 1,195 customer requirements, most of them from individuals. Specialized information was also provided to university students from other institutions such as the Huánuco University of Peru and SENA, Santa Fe de Antioquia campus.
In addition to the delivery of certificates, the TdeA announced that the second cohort of NAF 2024-01 began with a total of 23 students.
